1. Service and provider

VPSPush provides Cloud Mac services running on dedicated physical machines. A “physical location” is the region of the device selected when placing an order. “Cloud Mac” means the remotely accessible Mac desktop and computing resources provided under an order, not a virtual machine. The devices currently offered are Mac Mini M4 models; the order confirms the specific configuration.

“Website” means the public VPSPush pages displaying the service catalog, prices, and information. “Console” means the interface for placing and managing orders and accessing authorized connection details. Illustrations on public pages do not indicate real-time availability, an active session, or a guarantee of any particular connection method.

The VPSPush operating entity identified in the order and billing details provides this service. Before placing an order, check the operating entity and order terms in the console. If you have questions about the entity, use the contact details at the end of this page.

2. Orders and rental periods

The only model currently offered is VPSPush M4: M4 chip, 16GB RAM, and 256GB SSD. In the console, choose a model, physical location, rental period (per day, week, month, or quarter), and any add-ons. Before submitting, check the configuration, quantity, term, and total shown in USD. The details confirmed in the console form the final order.

The table below lists catalog prices for one device and each add-on. Thunderbolt 5 parallel connection is priced per device. The order details determine whether an add-on is selected, the quantity ordered, and the final amount due. Catalog prices do not replace the order confirmation page.

VPSPush M4 and add-on catalog prices (USD)
Item Daily Weekly Monthly Quarterly
VPSPush M4 $19.6 $53 $98.2 $267.1
+1TB SSD $2.9 $7.8 $14.4 $39.2
+2TB SSD $5.8 $15.6 $28.8 $78.4
Thunderbolt 5 parallel connection / device $1.6 $4.4 $8.2 $22.3

The start and end dates of your rental period, and any subsequent order actions, are determined by the specific order in the console. To review configuration details before submitting, see Plans and pricing; catalog listings on this page do not constitute a confirmed order.

3. Payments

Orders are billed in US dollars (USD). Accepted payment methods are USDT-TRC20 and Visa, Mastercard, or Amex processed through Stripe. The payment gateways actually available at checkout are shown in the console.

Before paying, check the network, amount, payment instructions, and order reference. Use only the checkout details shown in the console to pay for an order; do not calculate an amount from the public price list and transfer funds yourself. If your payment record does not match the order status, keep the order reference and redacted transaction details, then submit a support ticket through the console.

4. Delivery and locations

VPSPush M4 catalog locations are Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, the eastern United States, and the western United States. A location name identifies the region of the selected physical machine; it does not guarantee a specific network latency, city-level address, or access to any third-party service.

Locations listed in the catalog can be selected; the console shows their real-time order availability. Delivery progress and authorized access details are specific to each order. Retrieve access details from the console and do not share credentials on public pages, in code repositories, or in shared records outside support tickets.

All locations operate year-round, 365 days a year. If you have connection issues, first check your order, location, local network, and client settings, then follow the troubleshooting steps in the Help Centerbefore submitting a support request. We do not make delivery-speed or uptime promises based on unverified figures.

5. User responsibilities

Keep your console account, access credentials, and team permissions secure, and grant only the access each authorized person needs. If credentials may have been exposed, promptly update the relevant access permissions and report the affected order through a console support ticket.

You are responsible for verifying that you are authorized to use your installed software, project dependencies, signing materials, and data, and for arranging appropriate backups of important code, build artifacts, and business data. When using a Cloud Mac as a build machine or remote desktop, protect the keys and artifacts used by automated tasks.

You must use the service lawfully and must not use a location to infringe others’ rights, bypass authorization, or disrupt equipment or network operations. Eligibility requirements and review outcomes for third-party development, review, or distribution platforms are determined by those platforms. Use of this service does not guarantee any review outcome.

6. Service changes and issues

If an order needs changes to its configuration, location, or connection method, first check the available actions and instructions for that order in the console. Changes to website content do not alter confirmed orders. The applicable conditions for any specific change are set out in the relevant order records and console notices.

If an equipment, connection, or order issue occurs, note the order reference, selected location, time, symptoms, and troubleshooting steps already taken, then submit a support ticket through the console. Do not include passwords, private keys, or unredacted sensitive screenshots. The response process depends on the issue and order; these terms do not set unverified uptime figures, fixed recovery times, or compensation amounts.

Impacts caused by force majeure or user actions will be assessed based on the circumstances and applicable rules. The specific rights and obligations of the service provider and user are governed by the confirmed order terms and applicable law.

7. Expiration, cancellation, and refunds

When ordering, check the rental period and expiration details shown in the console. Before the rental period ends, arrange to export your data, revoke credentials, and hand over any tasks. Do not assume from public pages that an order will keep running or that a new order will be created automatically.

To cancel an order or request a refund, first check the applicable conditions shown for that order in the console, then submit a support ticket with the order reference and reason for your request. Whether cancellation is available, what amount may be refunded, how the request is handled, and the processing time depend on the specific order terms and policies published by the operator. This page does not provide for automatic renewal or a uniform refund outcome.

8. Legal information and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. For service-related disputes, the parties should first communicate through an available contact channel. Where legal proceedings are required, they will be handled by a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.

The effective date of these terms and any later revisions are determined by the version details clearly stated on the published page. For information about how personal data is handled and how to make a request, see the Privacy Policy. Check specific orders against the records in the console.

For questions about these terms, an order, or data, email support@vpspush.com. If you already have an order, you can also sign in to the console and submit a support ticket. Include the relevant order reference and avoid sharing passwords or other unrelated personal data.
