This diagram shows how to get in touch; it doesn’t show live order or ticket status.

01 / Choose a channel

Email us with questions; use a ticket for an existing order.

Both channels reach the same support team, but each needs different information. Never send passwords, access keys, or payment credentials by email or ticket.

Haven’t ordered yet

Email us before ordering

Tell us what you plan to run, your preferred location and rental term, and whether you’re considering extra storage or Thunderbolt 5 daisy-chaining. The draft tool below only opens your device’s email app; it doesn’t submit anything to this site.

Submit a ticket in the console

Check your order and selected location first, then describe the connection issue or build environment problem in the console. Your order ID and troubleshooting notes help our support team investigate issues on the same physical node.

02 / Before you order

Put your requirements in an email that’s ready to send.

Our current catalog has one model: VPSPush M4, Mac mini M4, 16 GB RAM, and 256 GB SSD. Use the fields below to organize your questions—not to place an order. Check the order page for available configurations and pricing.

Sales inquiry draft

After filling it in, click the button and review the recipient, subject, and message in your email app before sending.

Preferred location

Choose a location you’d like to ask about first. Availability is shown live in the console.

Rental term
Add-ons you’re considering

Describe your storage needs. Your selections are for inquiry purposes only and won’t be added to an order.

03 / Technical support

For an existing order, keep troubleshooting details with the order.

If you can’t connect, see a display issue, lose your session, or find that your toolchain isn’t ready, first check the order’s location and authorized access details in the console, then submit a ticket. Connection credentials aren’t shown on public pages.

Include these details in your ticket

  1. 01Order and locationInclude your order ID and specify the location you selected: Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, US East, or US West.
  2. 02Client environmentList your local operating system and remote desktop client, including their versions. Say whether you can’t connect at all or encounter an issue after connecting.
  3. 03When it happenedInclude the time and time zone. If relevant, say whether the issue is continuous or intermittent.
  4. 04Steps to reproduce and screenshotsList the steps in order and note what you’ve already tried. Before sharing screenshots, redact addresses, credentials, personal data, and project keys.
04 / Data and policies

Check the relevant guidance, then tell us what you need.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of data, email support@vpspush.com with the type of request and an email address where we can reply. We may need to verify your identity before processing it. There’s no need to include personal information unrelated to your request in your first email.

How is data handled?

Learn what data relates to the public website, order management, and content you place on your cloud Mac, then specify what you’d like us to review or process.

Read the privacy policy

What are the rental terms?

Review the rental term, your responsibilities, and the order confirmation process. For questions about a specific order, sign in to the console and submit a ticket—don’t infer order status from public pages.

05 / Replies and follow-up

Follow up through the same channel you used to contact us.

We’ll reply to sales inquiries and data requests at the email address you provide. For existing orders, view and update your ticket in the console. We don’t publish unverified service hours or guaranteed response times, and an email draft isn’t a submitted request.

Email inquiries

The draft button only attempts to open your email app. Make sure you send the message from your email account, and keep the subject line so it’s easy to follow up with more information.

Console tickets

Add new error details, timestamps, or troubleshooting steps to the same ticket. This keeps the context together instead of splitting one issue across separate reports.

06 / Before you submit

Include enough detail to help us pinpoint the issue from your first message.

Make sure we can reach you at the reply email address. List reproducible steps in order, and redact credentials, keys, and unrelated personal data from screenshots. If you haven’t tried connecting yet, check the connection guide and help center first to see whether you need to submit a ticket.
